How many treatments will I need?

The number of registered massage therapy (RMT) treatments a person needs varies depending on their individual needs and goals. Some people may benefit from only a few sessions, while others may require ongoing treatments to manage chronic conditions or injuries. During your initial consultation, your RMT will assess your needs and recommend a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific situation. It is important to follow your RMT’s advice and attend all scheduled appointments to achieve the best results.
